Left Intake Manifold Side

- Carefully pull engine cover upward and off at rear - arrows 1 -.





- Pull engine cover forward and off of intake manifold - arrows 2 -.

- Disconnect hose - 1 - from air duct hose.





- Remove left air duct hose - arrows -.

- Disconnect electrical connection - 7 - at Throttle valve control module 2 (-J544-).





- Separate vacuum lines - 3 - and - 5 -.

- Pull off hoses - 2 - and - 6 - for crankcase breather.

- Remove bolts - 1 - and - 4 -.

- Remove left intake manifold side part.

Installing

Perform installation in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Replace gaskets and O-rings.

• Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.
