1 Bolt

• Tightening specification => [ Fuel Rail and Injectors, Assembly Overview ] Fuel Rail and Injectors, Assembly Overview.

2 Fuel rail

• For cylinders 2, 4, 6

• Removing and installing => [ Fuel Rail and Injectors, for Cylinders 2, 4 and 6 ] Fuel Rail and Injectors, For Cylinders 2, 4 and 6.

3 Bolt

• 8 Nm

4 O-ring

• Replace

5 Bolt

• 6 Nm

6 Vacuum actuator

• For intake manifold flaps

• Checking => [ Intake Flap Vacuum Actuator, Checking ] Intake Flap Vacuum Actuator, Checking.

• Removing and installing => [ Intake Flap Vacuum Actuator ] Service and Repair.

7 Vacuum hose

8 Intake manifold

• Check vacuum reservoir in intake manifold for leaks => [ Vacuum Reservoir in Intake Manifold, Checking for Leaks ] Testing and Inspection.

• Removing and installing => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

9 Bolt

• 20 Nm

10 Bolt

• 20 Nm

11 O-ring

• Replace

12 Bolt

• 7 Nm

13 Throttle valve control module (J338)

• Removing and installing => [ Throttle Valve Control Module ] Service and Repair.

• Perform adaptation after replacing -> vehicle diagnostic tester.

14 Bolt

• 5.5 Nm

15 Connection for crankcase ventilation

• With Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element (N79)

16 O-ring

• Replace

17 Bolt

• 20 Nm

18 Intake manifold support

19 Gasket

• Replace

• Insert in intake manifold
