Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

• Headlamps must be adjusted after performing measures that could influence headlamp adjustment. Refer to => [ Headlamps, Checking and Adjusting ] Adjustments.

Removing





- Remove headlamp. Refer to => [ LED Headlamp Housing ] LED Headlamp Housing.

- Remove screws - arrows -.

- Remove the power Output Stage - 4 - from headlamp housing.

- Release the spring and disconnect the wires - 1 and 2 -.

- Remove the power output stage.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ LED Headlamp Assembly Overview ] LED Headlamp Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Check the seal - 3 - between the power output stage and headlamp housing for damage.

- Install headlamp. Refer to => [ LED Headlamp Housing ] LED Headlamp Housing.
