The 6 speed automatic transmission 09L is identified on the transmission data plate in combination with different engines. Allocation, refer to => [ Code Letters, Allocation, Ratios and Equipment ] 09LA Automatic Transmission.

Identification Allocation on the Transmission

The transmission data plate - arrow - is located at the front, on the bottom of the transmission near the 16 pin connector.





The following data is listen on the data plate:





1. Transmission serial number

2. Parts list number

3. Transmission identification, here 6HP19

4. Codes, here GZV

Additional data depends on manufacture.
