Cargo Mode
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051 A)
• Diagnostic Cable (VAS 5051/5A)
The cargo mode can be activated and deactivated only with the (VAS 5051 A).
If cargo mode was activated, it is not possible to activate a different level using MMI.
Activating or Deactivating
- Connect the (VAS 5051) and select functions. Refer to => [ VAS 5051 Connecting and Selection Functions ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.
Then
- "Chassis (Repair group 01; 40 - 49)".
- "34 - Level control (Repair group 01: 43, 44)".
- "01- On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems".
- "34 - Level control system control module ".
- "J197 - Activating or deactivating cargo mode".
