Relay Carrier in Front Right Footwell

Removing





- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery ground (ND) wire. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

- Remove glove compartment.

- Remove lower A-pillar trim.

- Fold back floor carpet.

- Remove footrest.

- Disconnect relay - 1 -.

- Remove bolts - arrows - and detach relay carrier from bulkhead.

- Disconnect relays/fuses from relay carrier.

- Remove the fuse panel and relay carrier.

• Precise assignment of relay carrier in front right footwell can be seen from appropriate wiring diagram.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install lower A-pillar trim.

- Install glove compartment.

- Connect battery. Required actions, refer to => [ To connect, connect terminal clamp of ground (GND) wire by hand to battery negative terminal and tighten nut. ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.
