Removing

- Press the button on the parking brake to lock the electro-mechanical brake.

- Place selector lever in position "S".

- Carefully pry out the selector lever boot on the side using the Trim Removal Wedge (3409) - arrows - and fold it upward.





- Release the retaining spring - 2 - and remove the Selector Lever Transmission Range Position Display Unit (Y26) - 1 - - arrow -.





- Disconnect electrical connector.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal.
