• With oil check valve

7 Seal
• Cut and replace if leaking
8 Seal
• Cut and replace if leaking
9 Oil Pressure Switch (F1)
• Black insulation
• Operating pressure 1.4 bar

13 Oil Cooler
• Ensure clearance to surrounding parts
• Coolant hose connection diagram, refer to => [ Coolant Hose Connection Diagram ] [1][2]Cooling System
• Observe note when repairing engine => [ If a large amount of metal shavings or particles
are found when performing engine repairs, these indicate crankshaft or rod
bearings are damaged. To prevent subsequent damage, the following work must
be performed after the repair: Oil channels must be cleaned carefully; replace

14 Seal
• Installed location, refer to => [ Location of Seal and Plastic Insert in Oil
Cooler ]
• Oil to install
• Clamp securely on oil cooler with plastic insert - 15 -
15 Plastic Insert
• Insert into oil cooler together with sealing ring - 14 -.
• Installed location, refer to => [ Location of Seal and Plastic Insert in Oil
Cooler ]
Location of Seal and Plastic Insert in Oil Cooler
- Coat sealing ring with oil and insert in oil cooler.
- Insert plastic insert in oil cooler.
• Side without ribs on plastic insert must align with tab - arrow - on oil cooler.
