Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor

Removing






- Remove the noise insulation, to do this, loosen the fasteners - 1, 2, arrow -.

- Remove the secondary air hoses - 1 - and - 3 - from the secondary air injection (AIR) pump motor (V101) by pressing the release buttons.






- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.

- Remove the nuts - arrows - and remove the secondary air pump.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Overview ] Service and Repair.

• During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.

- Install the noise insulation.
