Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor

Removing

• The Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor (G290) is installed on the air supply unit under the right front wheel housing liner.

- Place the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels.

- Remove noise insulation.

- Remove the wheel.

- Remove the front wheel housing liner.

- Unclip and disconnect the connectors - 2 -.






• The illustration shows the air supply unit removed.

- Remove the bolt - 1 - and remove the level control pump temperature sensor - 3 -.






Installing






- Coat the o-rings - 4 - with the supplied grease.

- Install the level control pump temperature sensor - 3 - into the housing - 2 - all the way.

- Install the bolt - 1 - and tighten to specified tightening specification. Refer to => [ Air Supply Unit and Solenoid Valve Block Assembly Overview ] Air Supply Unit and Solenoid Valve Block Assembly Overview.

- Connect the connector - 2 - and secure the electrical wire.






• Secure the electrical wire only on the marked locations - arrows -.






- Install noise insulation.

- Install the front right wheel housing liner.

- Install wheel.

- Place vehicle on wheels. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels.

- Tighten wheel.
