Shift Knob with Shift Lever Boot

• The gearshift knob is removed together with the gearshift lever boot.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

• Hose Clip Pliers (V.A.G 1275)

Removing

- Remove the gearshift lever boot using the (3409) - arrows -.






- Fold the shift lever boot up and over the shift lever knob.

- Open the clamp - arrow - and remove the gearshift lever knob with the shift lever boot.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

- Secure the clamp - arrow - using the (V.A.G 1275).
