Humidity Sensor, without Headlamp Assistant

Removing





With lane assist

- Unclip the top cover - 1 - on the mirror base - arrows -.

- Disengage the bottom cover on the mirror base using a screwdriver and remove it.

Without lane assist





- Pry the top cover - 1 - from the interior rearview mirror base - arrows -.

All Vehicles





- Remove the connector - 2 - and disconnect it.

- Turn the interior rearview mirror on the base - 1 - counterclockwise - arrow - as far as the stop.

- Remove interior mirror from holding plate.

- Spread the cover - 1 - apart slightly on both sides - arrows - and remove it from the interior rearview mirror base - 2 -.





- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.





- Using a small screwdriver - 3 -, carefully press the humidity sensor - item 4 - off the cover - 1 - - arrow - and remove it upward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Carefully place humidity sensor in side guides.

The cover cannot be installed if the humidity sensor (G355) is not inserted correctly.

- Install the interior rearview mirror.
