• Tightening sequence
Transmission Side Subframe Mount Tightening Sequence
- Install the transmission support - A - between transmission and transmission mount support arm.
- Mount the transmission support to the transmission.
- Raise transmission to transmission mount support arm with engine support bridge (10 - 222 A) spindle.
- Next, install bolts - 2 -, but only hand tight.
Risk of damaging the threads in the transmission support by inserting bolts crooked.
• Before installing bolts - 2 -, transmission support and transmission mount support arm must be absolutely parallel to each other. If necessary, raise rear of transmission with trolley jack.
- Only tighten bolts if subframe is installed.
