Removing






- Remove the seat pan cushion => [ Bucket Seat Cover ] Bucket Seat Cover.

- Cut electrical wire - 5 - off directly at the old seat heating element - arrow -.

• The old seat heating element remains on the upholstery and the new seat heating element is bonded over it.

- Remove the old electrical connection wire.

Installing

- Align the new heating elements on the seat surface.

• Make sure the new seat heating element is affixed to the old heating element.

• Remove the protective films in the bonding sequence for the heating element area.

• When removing the protective film, make sure the heating element is not damaged and that it is attached without wrinkles.

- Conduct the electrical connection wire down through the opening provided in the seat cushion.

- Remove the protective film and adhere new heating elements - 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 - to the same positions as the old heating elements.

- Run connecting wires - A - loosely to the seat bolsters along the bottom of the gaps.
