Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removing





- Remove front interior/reading lamp. Refer to => [ Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp ] Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp.

- Remove the anti-theft alarm system sensor (G578) if applicable. Refer to => [ Anti-Theft Alarm System Sensor ] Anti-Theft Alarm System Sensor.

- Release the retaining clips - arrows - and remove garage door opener control head (E284) - item 1 - from the front interior/reading lamp - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install front interior/reading lamp. Refer to => [ Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp ] Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp.
