Inner Tail Lamp

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing






- Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

- Turn the light switch to the "0" position.

- Pry the cover - 1 - out using the (3409) - arrow -.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 5 -.






- Remove the nut - 2 - and then remove the large bracket - 1 -.

- Remove the nut - 4 - and the small bracket - 3 -.

- Remove the inner tail lamp toward the outside.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Inner Tail Lamp ] Inner Tail Lamp.

• Make sure the seal between the body and tail lamp seals correctly.

- Position the inner tail lamp on the outer edge of the rear lid.

- Slide the small bracket - 3 - onto the threaded pins on the inner tail lamp and install the nut - 4 - loosely.






- Slide the large bracket - 1 - onto the threaded pins on the inner tail lamp and tighten the nuts - 2 and 4 -.

• When tightening the nuts, the bracket wedges itself onto the rear lid - arrows -.
