Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry lever (80 - 200)

Removing

- Remove the side cushion. Refer to => [ Side Cushion ] Side Cushion.

- Versions with a fixed rear seat backrest: remove the rear seat backrest. Refer to => [ Rear Seat Backrest ] Rear Seat Backrest.

- Remove the luggage compartment liner. Refer to => [ Luggage Compartment Liner ] Luggage Compartment Liner.

- Remove the rear cross panel trim. Refer to => [ Rear Cross Panel Trim ] Rear Cross Panel Trim.

- Remove the tie-down. Refer to => [ Tie Downs ] Tie Downs.

- Remove the frame for the rear lid hinge. Refer to => [ Frame for the Rear Lid Hinge ] Frame For the Rear Lid Hinge.

- Remove the rear lid seal - 1 - near the luggage compartment side trim panel.






- Remove the expanding clips - arrows A - using pry lever (80 - 200).

- Pry off the luggage compartment side trim - 2 - using the pry lever (80 - 200) from the body - arrow B -.

- Detach the luggage compartment side trim panel on the rear lid hinge.

- Remove the luggage compartment side trim panel from the catch for the rear seat backrest.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Fold the rear lid seal over the luggage compartment side trim panel.
