Air Lines Routing Overview






Air Lines Routing Overview

The air lines leading to the air spring dampers are tied inside the wiring harness.

1 "Black" Air Line

From the solenoid valve block to the left rear air spring damper

Rear air line, routing, refer to => [ Routing: Air Line to the Rear Air Spring Damper ]

2 Rear Left Air Spring Shock Absorber

3 "Red" Air Line

From the solenoid valve block to the left front air spring damper

Front air line routing, refer to => [ Routing: Air Line to the Front Air Spring Damper ]

4 Left Front Air Spring Shock Absorber

5 "Green" Air Line

From the solenoid valve block to the right front air spring damper

6 Right Front Air Spring Shock Absorber

7 "Blue" Air Line

From the solenoid valve block to the right rear air spring damper

8 Right Rear Air Spring Shock Absorber

9 Air Supply Unit

10 "Brown" Air Line

From air supply unit to solenoid valve block

11 Solenoid Valve Block

Line arrangement on solenoid valve block, refer to => [ Solenoid Valve Block, Line Arrangement ]

12 Air Intake Line with Filter and Muffler

13 "Purple" Air Line

From solenoid valve block to pressure reservoir

14 Pressure Reservoir

Solenoid Valve Block, Line Arrangement





The air lines are tied inside the wiring harness in front of the opening - 7 - to the vehicle interior.

Air pipes are color-coded:

1. "Black" air line: to the left rear air spring damper

2. "Red" air line: to the left front air spring damper

3. "Purple" air line: to the pressure reservoir

4. "Brown" air line: to the air supply unit

5. "Green" air line: to the right front air spring damper

6. "Blue" air line: to the right rear air spring damper

7. Line grommet to the interior

Routing: Air Line from the Air Supply Unit to the Solenoid Valve





The air line - 3 - leads from the air supply unit - 4 - to the solenoid valve - 1 -.

Routing: Air Line to the Front Air Spring Damper





The air line - 2 - is tied inside the wiring harness - 3 - on the clip - 4 -.

1 Do not loosen the residual pressure retaining valve.

5 Front air spring damper

Air line separating point, servicing, refer to => [ Separating Point: Air Line for the Front Air Spring Damper ] Procedures

Routing: Air Line to the Rear Air Spring Damper





The air line - 1 - is tied inside the wiring harness - 3 - on the upper clip - 2 -.

5 Do not loosen the residual pressure retaining valve.

4 Rear air spring damper

Routing: Air Line from the Valve Block to the Pressure Reservoir





The air line - 4 - runs from the solenoid valve - 3 - along the underbody and the right rear wheel housing and up to the pressure reservoir - 1 - inside the vehicle interior.
