Front Noise Insulation Assembly Overview






1 Noise Insulation

• Removing

• Front wheel spoiler removed. Refer to => [ Front Wheel Spoiler Assembly Overview ] Service and Repair

- Remove the screws - 1 - and - 2 -, as well as the lower wheel housing screws (3 on each side), and remove the noise insulation under the bumper.

• When installing, slide the front noise insulation in under the bumper.

2 Bumper Cover

3 Spring Nut

• Install on the bumper cover

4 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

5 Quick-Release Fastener

• Rotate 180° to the left to remove.

• When installing, the connection must engage when rotating.

6 Rear Noise Insulation

7 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

8 Spoiler

Vehicles with Auxiliary Heater





- On vehicles with an auxiliary heater, make sure the exhaust pipe is installed correctly inside the noise insulation.
