Removing and Installing/Replacing Front Stabilizer (AWD)

31 35 000 - Removing and installing/replacing front stabilizer (AWD)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front assembly underside protection Removing and Installing / Replacing Front Underbody Protection
- Remove stabilizer link on both sides from stabilizer Removing and Installing/Replacing Push Rod (Stabilizer Link) for Left/Right Stabilizer





Unscrew nuts (1).
Remove stabilizer (2).

Installation:
Check rubber mount on both sides Replacing Both Rubber Mounts of Stabilizer Mounting on Front Axle Carrier (4WD), replace if necessary.
Replace self-locking nuts.
Tightening torque 31 35 1AZ Front Axle - Stabilizer Bar.





Replacement only:
Remove rubber mount on both sides from stabilizer Replacing Both Rubber Mounts of Stabilizer Mounting on Front Axle Carrier (4WD).
