E: Fuel Gage Is Inaccurate

1. Check for clean and tight connections in entire Fuel Gage Sender circuit (see schematic).

2. Temporarily replace Fuel Gage Sender with a known good unit, move float up and down. Turn the Ignition Switch back to OFF then to RUN before moving the flat to a different position.

^ If the Display responds correctly, replace the Fuel Gage Sender.

^ If the Display does not respond correctly, check the PPL (30) and BLK (151) wires for high resistance. If wires are OK, replace the Instrument Cluster Reinstall the original Fuel Gage Sender.
