Air Inlet Screen

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor electrical connector (1) from the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor (2).




2. Remove the air intake duct from the throttle body.




3. Remove the snap ring (3) from the throttle body (1).
4. Remove the throttle body air in let screen (2) from the throttle body (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the throttle body air inlet screen (2) into the throttle body (1).
2. Install the snap ring on to the throttle body.
3. Install the air intake tube.
^ Tighten the air intake tube clamp to 2 Nm (18 in. lbs.).
4. Install the IAT sensor electrical connector (1) to the IAT sensor (2).
