Output Cycling

PCM OUTPUT CYCLING
After ".7.0" is displayed on the Fuel Data Center (FDC), the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Output Cycling test can be initiated by depressing the "HI" button on the Electronic Climate Control (ECC) panel with the engine "OFF". When the "HI" button has been depressed, the FDC will Display "E.9.5." At this time the "HI" and "LO" buttons can be used to select a specific output test. Once a test is selected the FDC will alternately display "E.9.6" and the code for that test. The "E.9.6" indicates that the solenoid is de-energized and the test code indicates that the solenoid is energized.
