CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The diagnostic test checks for an engine stall or near stall and sets Code P095 if a stall condition is detected. A partial start where engine rpm exceeds 400 rpm and the engine does not start, will also cause Code P095 to set. This code is designed to capture snapshot data of the stall condition. This code may set as the ignition is turned "OFF" if the injectors or Ignition Control Module (ICM) lose power before the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

TEST CONDITIONS
Ignition turned "ON."

FAILURE CONDITIONS
1. Engine rpm drops below 152 rpm after exceeding 400 rpm this ignition cycle.
2. No reference pulses have been received for 0.75 second.
