DTC 003
CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTCThis DTC sets when the vehicle's battery voltage is continuously above 16.5 V or below 9.0 V.
ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS
During this period of voltage out-of-range, the detection of leveling output and position out-of-range malfunction, the Air Replacement Cycle (ARC), and the intake and exhaust activities are disabled. This is necessary in order to prevent erroneous detection of malfunction conditions due to engine crank or unusual system voltage conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR CLEARING THE DTC
^ The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will clear when the battery voltage returns to the nominal range.
^ Use a scan tool in order to clear this DTC.
DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
^ Inspect the battery system for proper functionality.
^ This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) does not require the replacing of the Automatic Level Control (ALC) sensor.
^ This DTC will not cause the LEVELING indicator lamp to flash.
^ Ensure that the automatic leveling control sensor is receiving the correct voltage.
