Rear Compartment Lid Pull Strap Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rear compartment pull strap screws (3).
2. Remove the rear compartment pull strap cover (2).
3. Remove the rear compartment pull strap (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the rear compartment pull strap (1).
2. Install the rear compartment pull strap cover (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Important: Do NOT strip the rear compartment pull strap screws.


3. Install the rear compartment pull strap screws (1).

Tighten the rear compartment pull strap screws until fully seated.
