Rear Side Door Stationary Window and Front Channel Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement).
4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement).
5. Remove the door window weather strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement (Door Window Weatherstrip).
6. Remove the window and division channel screws.
7. Pull the channel away from the stationary window and the rear door.
8. Remove the channel weatherstrip.
9. Remove the rear door stationary window.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the stationary window into the rear door.
2. Install the window/division channel weatherstrip.
3. Install the window/division channel through the rear door.
4. Seat the channel on the window.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
5. Install the window division channel screws.
Tighten the window division channel screws to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
6. Install the door window weather strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement (Door Window Weatherstrip).
7. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement).
8. Install the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement).
9. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
10. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair
