Fascia Extension Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.




2. Remove the fasteners (1, 2, 6) from the bumper fascia extension (3).
3. Remove the fastener (4) that retains the bumper fascia extension (3) to the front splash shield.
4. Remove the front fascia extension (3).



Installation Procedure





1. Position the front fascia extension (3) to the front fascia.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fasteners (1, 6) that retains the bumper fascia extension (3) to the front fascia.
3. Install the fastener (2) in order to secure the extension to the body.

Tighten the fasteners (1, 2, 6) to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the front fascia extension to splash shield fastener (4).

Tighten the fastener to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

5. Lower the vehicle.
