Trim Panel Replacement - Knee Bolster

Removal Procedure

Important: Replace the filler trim if any damage exists. Do not repair the filler trim.







1. Remove the left sound insulator from the vehicle. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left (Service and Repair) .
2. Grasp the trim at the front edges and the rear edges.
3. Pull the filler trim downward (3).



Installation Procedure.





1. Align the 4 retaining clips on the filler trim (3) with the slots in the opening bracket.
Push the filler trim (3) into place.
2. Install the left sound insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left (Service and Repair) .
