Diagnostic Aids
The engine may overheat due to an intermittent operation of one of the following components:
^ The after boil heater pump
^ The coolant bypass solenoid
^ The coolant bypass valve
^ The mechanical cooling fan
^ The electric cooling fans
^ The thermostat
