Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front engine compartment sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement (Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement).
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the air cleaner duct.
3. Loosen the air duct clamp at the supercharger inlet duct assembly.
4. Loosen the air duct clamp at the air cleaner housing cover.
5. Remove the air cleaner duct from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air cleaner duct to the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Tighten the air cleaner duct clamps at the supercharger inlet duct and air cleaner housing cover to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the air cleaner duct.
4. Install the front engine compartment sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement (Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement).
