Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement (Tremec)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the manual transmission from the vehicle. Refer to Transmission Replacement (Transmission Replacement).
2. Disconnect the pipe fitting (1) from the clutch slave cylinder.
3. Remove the clutch slave cylinder bolts (3).

Installation Procedure

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).




1. Install the clutch slave cylinder and bolts (3).

Tighten the clutch actuator cylinder bolts (3) to 10 Nm (115 lb in).

2. Connect the pipe fitting (1) to the clutch slave cylinder.

Tighten the pipe fitting (1) to 13 Nm (88 lb in).

3. Install the manual transmission to the vehicle. Refer to Transmission Replacement (Transmission Replacement).
