Rear Compartment Lid Overslam Bumper Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the rear compartment.




2. Remove the outer bumper from the compartment lid by twisting the bumper counterclockwise.




3. Remove the bumpers (1, 2) from the hinge.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the outer bumper to the compartment lid by twisting the bumper clockwise.
2. Adjust the hinge to raise lid corner.




3. Install the bumpers (1, 2) to the hinge.
4. Close the rear compartment.
