Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket (Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
2. Remove the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement (YC7) (Armrest Replacement (YC7))Armrest Replacement (YC6) (Armrest Replacement (YC6)) .
3. Disconnect the J-hook fasteners at the bottom corners of the seat back.




4. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame.





Important: Note the locations of the hog rings. This will assist with reassembly.


5. Remove the hog rings that retain the seat back cover to the pad.




6. Remove the seat back cover from the pad.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seat back cover to the pad.

Important: Install the hog rings that retain the seat back cover to the pad in the locations noted during disassembly.






2. Install the hog rings to seat back cover to the pad.




3. Install the seat back and pad to the seat back frame.
4. Connect the J-hook fasteners at the bottom corner of the seat back.
5. Install the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement (YC7) (Armrest Replacement (YC7))Armrest Replacement (YC6) (Armrest Replacement (YC6)) .
6. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket (Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
