Fuel Tank Vent Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Disconnect the fuel tank vent pipe quick connect fitting from the module and the valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
3. Remove the fuel tank vent pipe from the fuel tank.




4. Disconnect the fuel tank vent pipe quick connect fittings from module and the valves. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
5. Remove the fuel tank vent pipe from the fuel tank.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the fuel tank vent pipe quick connect fittings to the module and the valves. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
2. Install the fuel tank vent pipe to the fuel tank.




3. Connect the fuel tank vent pipe quick connect fitting to the module and the valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
4. Install the fuel tank vent pipe to the fuel tank.
5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Service and Repair).
