J-38185 - Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the right wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC) Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) .
2. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side .
3. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill Gasoline) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LGH, LML) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill Diesel) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)
4. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Service and Repair
5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the surge tank using J-38185 - pliers
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the surge tank.
7. Disconnect the quick connect (1) at the radiator.
8. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (2) at the heater outlet hose using J-38185 - pliers
9. Remove the radiator outlet hose clip retainers (3) from the brackets.
10. Remove the radiator outlet hose (4) from the radiator.
11. Remove the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) from the engine.
12. Remove the radiator outlet hose clip retainers (2) from the engine shield.
13. Remove the radiator outlet hose (3) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the vehicle.
2. Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) to the engine.
3. Install the radiator outlet hose clip retainers (2) to the engine shield.
4. Install the radiator outlet hose (4) from the radiator.
5. Install the radiator outlet hose clip retainers (3) to the brackets.
6. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (2) at the heater outlet hose using J-38185 - pliers
7. Disconnect the quick connect (1) at the radiator.
8. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the surge tank.
9. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the surge tank using J-38185 - pliers
10. Install the engine shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side .
11. Install the right wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC) Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) .
12. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Service and Repair
13. Fill the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill Gasoline) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LGH, LML) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill Diesel) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)
