Driver Door Key Cylinder Disarm Switch Failure

SYMPTOM
DRIVER DOOR KEY CYLINDER DISARM SWITCH FAILURE
WHEN MONITORED:
Each switch inside the door has a unique resistance value which when activated sends a voltage level to the BCM. The BCM will interpret the different levels and perform the desired function.
SET CONDITION:
The BCM senses a voltage of 2 volts (± 25O mV) on the LF door switch MUX circuit for longer than 8 seconds.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Driver door key switch unlock position stuck
- Driver door key cylinder switch defective
- Door key sticking
