SYMPTOM
P-0122 THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR VOLTAGE LOW

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on, and battery voltage above 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
TP sensor voltage at PCM 0.1 volt for 3.2 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Throttle position sensor 5-volt supply circuit open
- Throttle position sensor defective
- Throttle position sensor voltage above 1 volt
- TPS signal circuit short to ground
- TPS signal circuit shorted to sensor ground circuit
- TPS wiring harness intermittent defect (rpm)
- PCM defective (throttle position sensor)
- TPS wiring harness intermittent defect
- TPS wiring harness observable defect
