P-0712 TRANS TEMP SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO LOW
WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the key on and engine running.
SET CONDITION
The transmission temperature sensor (TTS) signal circuit voltage goes below 1.55 volts for 2.2 seconds.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- No possible causes remaining
- Transmission temperature sensor wiring harness int def
- Transmission temperature sensor wiring harness obs def
- Transmission temperature signal circuit short to ground
- Transmission temperature signal ckt short to sensor gnd ckt
- Powertrain control module defective
- Pressure/temperature sensor defective
- Transmission solenoid & harness defective (gnd)
- Transmission solenoid and harness def (sen gnd)
