SYMPTOM
P-0462 FUEL LEVEL SENSOR VOLTS TOO LOW

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition on and Battery voltage above 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
The Fuel Level Sensor Signal Circuit voltage at the PCM goes below 0.4 volts for 2 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fuel pump module defective (BE/BR)
- Powertrain control module defective
- Fuel level sensor signal ckt short to sensor gnd ckt
- Fuel pump module wiring harn intermittent defect
- Fuel pump module wiring harness observable defect
- Sensor signal circuit shorted to ground
