SYMPTOM
P-1762 GOV PRESS SENSOR OFFSET VOLTS TOO LOW OR HIGH

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the key on and engine running.

SET CONDITION
A fault condition is identified if the governor pressure is out of range in park or neutral for 1.3 seconds. The code will be set after three consecutive bad tests.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- No possible causes remaining
- 5-volt supply circuit open
- Gov press sol wiring harn intermittent defect
- Governor pressure sensor ground ckt open
- Oil pan/filter excessive debris
- Park/neutral switch defective
