P1690 - FUEL INJECTION PUMP CKP SENSOR DOES NOT AGREE WITH ECM CKP SENSOR

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition ON, engine running.

SET CONDITION
No signal within window parameters. No CKP sensor or CMP sensor DTC's present

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- DTC counter not change to 0
- Fuel pump control module harness observable defect
- Fuel pump static timing incorrect
- Fuel sync signal circuit open
- Fuel sync signal circuit shorted to ground
- Engine Control Module
