Intake Manifold - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the intake manifold.
2. Install the intake manifold bolts.




3. Connect the air pump solenoid vacuum line.
4. Connect the power brake booster vacuum line at the intake manifold.
5. Connect the EVAP purge solenoid hose.




6. Install the fuel rail.
7. Install the fuel rail bolts.




8. Connect the fuel line.
9. Connect the fuel rail electrical connectors.
10. Connect the fuel injector harness connectors.
11. Position the engine harness.
12. Install the engine harness bolts.
13. Connect the Electronic throttle control solenoid connector.




14. Install the Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF).
15. Connect the Mass Air Flow sensor.
16. Connect the MAP Sensor harness connector.
17. Connect the Tumbler Valve Solenoid connector.
18. Connect the throttle sensor connector.




19. Connect the Short Runner connector.
20. Connect the left hand intake camshaft position sensor.
21. Connect the left hand exhaust camshaft position sensor.
22. Connect the right hand intake camshaft position sensor.
23. Connect the right hand exhaust camshaft position sensor.
24. Connect the crankcase ventilation sensor hose.




25. Install the oil separator tube to the oil separator.
26. Install the power brake booster vacuum line connector.




27. Install the PCM brackets.
28. Install the PCM bracket bolts.
29. Install the PCM.
30. Connect the PCM connector.




31. Install the intake air tube.
32. Install the air filter housing.
33. Fill the coolant.




34. Connect the negative battery cable.
