Front Bumper Reinforcement - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove the front bumper fascia (1). Front Bumper Fascia - Removal





2. Disconnect the air temp sensor electrical connector (2).
3. Remove the air temp sensor push pin (3).
4. Remove all the push pins securing the lower plastic grille (1) to the bumper and support frame.
5. Remove the lower plastic grille (1) from the bumper reinforcement.





6. Support front bumper reinforcement on a suitable lifting device.
7. Remove the 2 screws (2) one on each side, attaching the front bumper reinforcement to frame rail.
8. Remove the 8 bolts (1) four on each side, attaching the front bumper reinforcement to frame rail.
9. Remove front bumper reinforcement (3) from vehicle.
