Vented Seat Switch - Description

There are two vented seat switches (2,4). Each are momentary contact push button switches mounted in the Integrated Center Stack (ICS) that operate the vented seat system. On vehicles equipped with U-Connect and premium packages, you will find the vented seat switch located within the climate option of the touch screen on the Radio Receiver Module (RRM). Each vented seat switch has two Light-Emitting Diode (LED) indicator lamps, which indicate the selected level (Low or High) of the vented seats.

The LED indicator lamps in each vented seat switch cannot be repaired. If the LED lamps are faulty or damaged, or the switch is inoperative or damaged the ICS assembly must be replaced. Vented Seat Switch - Removal for the switch pod replacement procedure.
