INSTALLATION






1. Lubricate the two rubber mount sockets on the resonator with Mopar(R) Rubber Bushing Installation Lube.

2. Install the resonator to the throttle body inlet. Push the resonator down onto the two locating pins on the right cylinder head cover until the rubber mount sockets are fully seated.

3. Engage the power steering hose retainer (1) to the resonator.





4. Install the push pin (3).

5. Install the hose to the resonator and tighten the clamp (1) to 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.).

6. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the Inlet Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.





7. Install the fresh air makeup hose (1) and engage the retainer (2) to the upper intake manifold.





8. Install engine cover (1).

9. Connect the negative battery cable and tighten nut to 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.).
