M16 Verify Concern Is Resolved

- Reinstall all components and remove breakout box.

- Clear all diagnostic trouble codes.

- Key OFF.

- Key ON.

- Drive vehicle and perform the following:

- Travel over a stretch of rough road at normal vehicle speed.

- Perform one hard and one normal acceleration from a dead stop.

- Retrieve diagnostic trouble codes with the New Generation Star (NGS) tester.

- Is System Pass obtained?

YES -- Stop. Repair is complete.

NO -- Code being serviced still exists (M15 not complete). Return to last step completed and continue to address the possibility of a second related concern.

NO -- Code being serviced still exists and M15 has been completed. Replace Circuits 516 (Y/BK) and 514 (Y/R) from 16-way ABS connector to the right front brake antilock sensor connector. Make sure that circuits are twisted throughout the run. If aftermarket electrical work has been done, RFI (Radio Interference) may be an issue. Correct as necessary.

NO -- A different code is set. Go to the appropriate pinpoint test.
