Test D: A Single Door Lock Is Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST D: A SINGLE DOOR LOCK IS INOPERATIVE

D1-D3:

Normal Operation
The door lock control switch receives voltage from the central junction box (CJB) on circuit 517 BK/WH). The door lock control switch completes one of 2 circuits, circuit 1296 (OG/BK) to lock the doors or circuit 1297 (YE/RD) to unlock the doors and also to send voltage to the rear door lock control switch. The door lock actuators receive the voltage from the rear door lock control switch on circuit 117 (PK/BK) to lock the doors or circuit 118 PK/OG) to unlock the doors. The actuators operate in the lock or unlock direction based on the voltage received from the door lock control switch.

Possible Causes
- circuit 117 (PK/BK) open
- circuit 118 (PK/OG) open
- door lock actuator
