Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the steering wheel control switches receive a ground from the EATC module through circuit RH106 (VT/OG). The EATC module senses the resistance (depending on what button is pressed) from the steering wheel control switches through circuit VH444 (VT/WH).

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit RH106 (VT/OG) or VH444 (VT/WH)
- A short to ground or voltage in circuit VH444 (VT/WH)
- Steering wheel control switch
- EATC module
