Normal Operation
When the transmission is placed in REVERSE, the instrument cluster sends a message over the communication network to the smart junction box (SJB) indicating the transmission is in REVERSE. The SJB then provides ground to an internal relay, which routes voltage to circuit CBP15 (BN/BU) to the reversing lamps.

Possible Causes
- Circuit CAT16 (GY/BN) short to voltage
- Circuit CBP15 (BN/BU) short to voltage
- Rear view mirror
- SJB
- Instrument cluster
